Ai Lighting was approached to provide a VE option for this prestigious project that included a full design, specification and supply of a lighting & controls package for the Marylebone Boy’s school element of the project.
As part of the mixed-use project, we also undertook the architectural feature lighting within the main reception of the Hotel and external architectural lighting elements.
Overview:
Both elements of the project required a value engineered option that also maintained quality and performance. LUG Lighting superior range of products gave our design team everything that was required to deliver a technically compliant lighting design with significant reduction in cost.
Solution:
A combined solution of LUG Lighting and a programable Dali system from CP electronics delivered a technically sound solution for the educational element of the project which was fully commissioned by an in-house Commissioning Engineer.
We also designed architectural feature lighting within the main hotel atrium, highlighting the aesthetic internal features of the building.
